Return Policy

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.  Tickets are purchased as an eticket.  You will receive a confirmation email that you can print and use to check in at will call.  Will call is located just outside of the performance room in the Hilton Americas.  If you have any questions, please call (832) 724-3045.
